Service Description
A fun and confidence-building puppy course designed to safely introduce young puppies to the world through socialization, enrichment, beginner training, and guided adventures. Puppies will learn foundational skills, leash confidence, calm behavior, and positive exposure to new environments while strengthening the bond with their owners.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to reserve your spot in classes, private lessons, and adventure programs. Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tails & Trails Dog Co. reserves the right to make exceptions for emergencies or special circumstances. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
