Service Description
Personalized one-on-one training designed to help dogs and their owners reach their goals through customized lessons, real-world practice, and positive reinforcement. Sessions focus on obedience, confidence building, behavior skills, leash manners, adventure readiness, and strengthening the bond between dogs and their humans.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to reserve your spot in classes, private lessons, and adventure programs. Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tails & Trails Dog Co. reserves the right to make exceptions for emergencies or special circumstances. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
